I’ve been in this business for 13 years my colleague Mike at Fantasys! has been in this business for over 25 with NO problems…. ever!. Between us we’ve been witness to a lot of changes and been at the forefront of many of them. Correspondingly we’ve also seen many of the same predictable cycles and common denominators repeat themselves over and over. Over time this has led to the Fantasys! Network operational paradigm which all “member” agencies and independents must operate under.Law Enforcement in most places is just doing their job, it’s nothing personal it’s just business. Most of them would rather go after serious crime however when they are given a directive with sufficient political juice to pursue a “complaint” they must comply. This is the system which most jurisdictions are basically governed by in “functional reality”. This also means all this stuff is very predictable. No matter what market you’re in we have observed there are behaviors and unsafe practices which given time will led to the inevitable negative outcome. At Fantasys and Dreams we are dead set against them and to us they are operational givens YOU DON’T DO.

Dreams and Fantasys have a zero drug tolerance policy. If you do drugs you can’t work with me and Mike certainly wont work with you either. If you’re a client and you show up, F-cked up you will be BANNED your client code revoked, you’ll be placed on multiple national banned lists WITH PREJUDICE !!!. The goes for the high standards independents who also use FantasyClientScreening as well and they will show you the door call and have you BANNED!! Hey if you want to associate with people who do drugs that’s your business however don’t be surprised when it comes back on you in some way shape or form. Many escort busts start out as drug investigations and the next thing you know, their giving you up to save their ass! (I’m NOT implying that was the case in Howard County by the way.)

For the most part I will work in conjunction with another provider however we will NOT work with other providers. The reason is simple, you don’t know what they’re doing in their personal life that will follow them back to the call you’re both sharing. Granted this could be said of anyone and it does apply. The only personal life I can control is my own. As for our associates I’m not above random Drug tests. Problem people have predictable behavioral cues and patterns. I’ll bring it to their attention once and if they don’t address it their gone. As far as I’m concerned they are a risk to me, the other associates and you guys “the clients”.

Election year is no different than deer season, expect to be hunted. Especially places where DA’s are elected and it’s a Presidential Election year simultaneously ….. watch out !! Seen it so many times in so many places I now set my watch to it…. seriously I’m not kidding.

From our multiple market experience permanent incall locations are tantamount to painting a bullseye on your back. If you think your neighbors don’t notice the traffic to your door (as a rule), you’re kidding yourself. Case in point “Denver Players“. Sure some providers look at it as less costs, less hassle but sooner or later someone will be “indiscreet” or you may have a stalker client drop a dime on you. Especially when he discovers… ” no he can’t be your boyfriend and “save you” and how dare you see other men!” There is a line between “US” and “THEM” you don’t cross it, this is a business. I would say do the research but we already have, I’ll save you the trouble, those of you who do incalls in your home / apartment are putting yourselves and clients at risk. Not to mention in some jurisdictions opening yourself up to a multitude of seizure laws. This includes the separate furnished short term rental (office or not) of a month or more. All it takes is a couple of phone calls and you could be under surveillance since LEO knows where to find you at their convenience !!.

It never ceases to amaze me the number of individuals who think they can get away with using minors. It’s morally wrong and you should go to jail. Also using illegal immigrant’s especially if they are supplied by some Euro-trash with names like Ivan or Boris will bring unwanted scrutiny. HushHush could probably tell you volumes on similar basic concepts.

If you rely on your instincts to tell if he’s a “civil employee” or not, you get what you deserve. That is not only and act in “my opinion” of stupidity but of supreme EGO! In todays business environment Client Screening is a must and I’m NOT talking about provider references either. Sorry, if I offend however to me it’s tantamount to relying on gossip since you NEVER know who’s compromised and we’ve seen this system fail multiple times over the years, most recently in NYC, FL, Nashville and Indianapolis. (However it’s better than nothing.) Times have changed and in the Dreams and Fantasys model of the world safety is NUMBER ONE ! Fantasys has a dedicated screening division (FantasyClientScreening), with custom in house designed software on offshore servers and security up the wazoo.

All this was a result of seeing a major consciousness shift about 6 years ago in the Law Enforcement community and this was the logical response to keep people safe and raise industry standards. Say what you will (I’m not here to debate it) about the FantasysClientScreening requirements but my FIRST obligation is to the women who entrust their lives to me, an obligation I take fanatically serious. Providers who are too easily accessible are easy targets plan and simple. If they get her hope you’re not laying in bed in her permanent location when they come through the door.

LEO has an obligation to protect the community from unsafe practices which will historically result in a public health threat. From my prospective and Mike’s who has written about this on his blog, (FantasyEscortBlogs ) as well as I, bareback is for horses. In many jurisdictions if you have a reputation as a provider for indulging in it don’t be surprised if your targeted, plane and simple. In my business model it’s not an acceptable practice and I have an obligation to do all I can to insure not only the safety of our associate but the client as well. Oh and by the way, those of you with considerably lower personal standards, next time you DFK your favorite provider who is known for BBBJTC enjoy that extra salty flavor. Let me congratulate you on sucking another guys D-ck. Think about it. …and before you say it….. I’ll pose the question…. Do you really think you are always the “first” one for the day ?

In God we trust is the way I do business. Credit cards unless your merchant account is under “Escort Services” is a no no. (Good luck getting one in the USA these days) While many of us were sleeping they changed the laws. Taking CC payments for “time spent” when your merchant account is for selling cosmetics is called money laundering and falls under the RICO act and is a Felony !! On top of that I strongly suggest, if you are going to do it any ways ladies, only take “personal cards” do not accept “business credit cards”. Business accounts are subject to a whole other level of scrutiny which you don’t need. Especially if he’s a Fed or municipal employee then he just paid you with “public funds”. Congratulations possible scrutiny from the Federal Anti-corruption task-force…wonderful… Is there a way to safely take Credit cards ? Yes…. and NO I’m NOT sharing.

Every April I bend over to Uncle Sam (Yes, I take it like a man) and I pay my taxes. *OUCH*

Plus too I’m a Patriot I see it as my civic duty. The IRS doesn’t care what you do as long as you pay your taxes. The only time what you do becomes an issue is when you get caught for NOT paying it. Make no mistake, if you’re targeted and they can’t make anything stick, your case will be handed over to the IRS and all of a sudden those taxes you should have paid may be cheaper than a lawyer. This is why form 8300 is important and if you’re doing transactions over 10K fill the damn thing out so the bank doesn’t get a hair up their ass.
This industry has been around since the beginning of time and will always be here we know it, they know it. However if you indulge in the things I’ve mentioned chances are you’ve increased your statistical chances of being culled from the herd. We are a necessary evil that in many places will be tolerated as long as we maintain certain standards, be discreet and don’t be the subject of phone calls to the local tip hot line.

But theses are just my personal standards, delusions and belief systems….. yours of course may vary.
